I can’t stop using my slow juicer machine. Usually when I buy one of these kitchen tool or toy, I use it at the beginning and then not so much. But I must say that so far I’ve been using it pretty well.
An other delicious green juice, which at starts might make you hesitate but really, you don’t feel the green ingredient inside so it’s worth trying.
The name? Don’t pay attention. By speaking daily 3 languages (Spanish, French & English) at work, I mix things a lot. When I was writing down the ingredients, this is what happened: Spinach, Manzana (Apple), PineApple. Somehow the apple came in Spanish so I just took the initials to invent a name. And why not…

What do you need?
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 2 green apple
- 1/4 of pineapple

Steps:
- As usual, clean your apple and prepare the pineapple.
- Slow juice all ingredients in your machine and drink it cold.
