You can find here a quick snapshot of all my books in my kitchen library. A lot of inspiration for special occasion and for day to day recipes.

Old World Italian
I had to have the 3rd book from Mimi thorisson because I really liked the first two. I’m a bit disappointed by the quality of the book, the pictures, the font, the style and the too glossy paper. Soon I’ll try a few recipe and let’s see what it’s all about, looks delicious already.

Pan (Baluard)
If you live in Barcelona, you must have tasted the breads from Baluard Barcelona. Delicious breads, and it’s not easy to find in Barcelona as we known. Some recipes that I have to try, also it’s not easy to make bread so it’s always a good challenge.

A la table de Mimi
An other book from Mimi Thorisson which I really like. Her amazing house and kitchen are so inpirational. I really want to do one of her workshop one day, let’s see if I can make this happen at some point.

Tapas
I can’t remember how I got this book but it’s well appropriate for living in Barcelona 🙂

Teppanyaki
This book was a present from my friend Marianne. Original and delicious recipe to try with healthy intentions.

La cocina mediterranea de Carme Ruscalleda
An other recipe book that I bought for the Cooking the chef challenge. I didn’t know Carme Ruscalleda so it was a good occasion on finding out about a new star chef.

Saudaveis
An other book that I bought in a travel, this time to Porto in the library of Harry Poter actually. I don’t speak portuguese but I thought it’s not an issue when you really want to learn an other culture dish.

Persiana
An other book for inspiration, an other book for oriental food ideas. This book is very nice and has many recipes i would like to try. Again many with ingredients that I don’t have always at end but if you prepare well, everything is possible.

Petites recettes pour l’apĂ©ro
An other book from the serie Cuisiner! who doesn’t like to have aperitif, and even more when it’s accompanied from delicious little amuse bouche.

El arte de la cocina francesa: My book
Or sort of. It was a nice birthday gift from my friend Esterel who took all the recipe from my blog and made a book based on a famous cooking book from Julia Child. It was such a nice touch a such a great idea. Loved it.

Verrines
Verrines is so great for cocktails or aperitif. This book has some very nice and original recipes so it’s always a good reference for a special occasion.

A Lebanese feast
Lebanese food is an other one that I really like and I thought, well why not having a recipe book to try to make some dishes too. Or just to have some inspiration.

Mi primer libro de cocina India
I loooooove Indian food! I love so much indian food I’m always dreaming of making dishes that taste like in India. I still have to learn and find many of the ingredients. I have been to India for my work for 2 weeks and I tried many dishes. It was so spciy I think i…

Sweet up your day
This is the first recipe book from my friend Elwira. She is an amzing baker, not only her cakes are good but they are so beautiful. She has talent! and in 2019 she decided to open a cafĂ© in Sweden and I can’t wait to check it out.

Peru
I buy a lot of recipes books based on quick decision. Peru was one of them. I thought that I didn’t know this cuisine yet so it was a good reason to have one. Many restaurants are making fusion food with Peruvian and other country specialities. I need to try.
