I buy a lot of recipes books based on quick decision. Peru was one of them. I thought that I didn’t know this cuisine yet so it was a good reason to have one. Many restaurants are making fusion food with Peruvian and other country specialities. I need to try.

About Macarons

My friend Jérôme suggested this book and blog rom Jill so I followed his advise. She is doing amazing macarons and other sweet desserts. I love macarons, I’m still not very good at doing it but it might also be because my flour and almonds powder are not the best quality. So I’m not going to give up on them 🙂
