Lemon cake with almonds bottom

What do you need?

  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of butter
  • 250g of flour
  • 200g of sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon yogurt
  • 15 almonds that you’ll crush
  • Vanilla, cinnamon

Mix in your Kitchenaid the eggs and sugar, add the butter, vanilla, yogurt and cinnamon. Add the juice from the fresh lemon and the flour. Mix well.

Spread into your baking form and put in the oven. Put on top the crushed almonds. Cook for 60mn at 180°
